Located in Alexandria, just 15 minutes from the Sydney CBD, Different Agency Studios is a large creative space available for short-term hire by the hour or day.
Spanning 169 square metres, the studio is a true blank canvas — flooded with natural light and fully adaptable to suit your vision. Whether you're hosting a pop-up store, brand activation, warehouse sale, photoshoot, video production, event, or masterclass, the space is designed to flex around you.
Complete with a cyclorama wall, multiple backdrops, private beauty room, and a variety of coloured paper roll options, there's no shortage of possibilities. All furniture and props pictured can be fully removed and stored, giving you complete freedom with the floor plan.
All bookings include full access to every area of the studio, plus use of props, furniture, the cyclorama wall, and equipment. One space, unlimited potential.

“Such a great studio, particularly for a multi-set shoot. The cyc was great for ecom stills, and we used one of the other rooms with natural light for video. The middle section served well for BTS, HMUA and styling.
Aircon worked well all day, Arlia was LOVELY to deal with and the building itself had decent bathrooms, lift from carpark etc. Overall, a great studio in a great location - highly recommend!”
