Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all rescheduling requests.

  1. Payment: All bookings must be fully paid for in order to secure the booking.

  2. Cancellations:

    • Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be issued a refund.

    • Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund.

    • Beyond 7 days: Cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice will receive a full refund.

  3. Third-Party Arrangements: If Different Agency has organized any third-party services (e.g., equipment hire, external staff) that are impacted by your cancellation or rescheduling and incur fees, you are required to cover these additional costs.
